License to Boot/LTB Boutique reserves the right at any time to change or add to this website.
NO RETURNS/REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY.
- LTB BOUTIQUE items, SALE items, VINTAGE Items, RECONSTRUCTED Items, $10 Flash Sale Items are FINAL SALE.
- PRIOR AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED ON ALL EXCHANGES WE WILL NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.

- Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.

- All 'License to Boot' License Plate Boots are Final Sale.
- The goods must be in original, unworn condition.
- Should items be returned with more than initial marks or stains, a cleaning fee will be deducted from your exchange or refund.
- Returned items that have been damaged or not in initial sold condition will be returned to the customer at your cost without a refund or store credit.
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES FROM LIVE EVENTS or Boutiques.
PRIOR AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED ON ALL EXCHANGES WE WILL NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
1. Exchange for same size of same item, if we have it in stock. You may email us at email@example.com to check if we have it in stock. We will hold it for you for 2 days until we receive confirmation that your package has shipped and is on it's way back to us via tracking purchased by you.
2. Exchange for store credit. You will receive the amount that you paid for the item, coupon code or no coupon code, if you used a coupon code, we will NOT honor that on exchange purchase.

Once mailed; Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your tracking information. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages or packages that do not have tracking information.
- Your exchange may take up to 5 days to process once tracking says it has arrived to us. You will receive your store credit as an online gift card through email. If exchanging for another item, we will email you with a link to pay for the new shipping. Please do not email us before the 5 days, as you will receive no response.
Once an order is placed, we cannot edit or alter, this includes cancelation, coupon codes and discounts. (If you would like to cancel a PREORDER item that has not yet shipped, you may, but you will incur a 15% handling fee) Please double check to be sure your address and email address is correct before placing your order. You will not receive our shipment notification with your tracking number if your email address is incorrect.
Colors may appear slightly different via this website due to the individual computer monitor settings or the photo's resolution.
All orders are subject to its availability of stock, however there may on occasion some errors in stock levels or sizes. We will do our very best to ensure that the most accurate information is displayed with our products.
